About AIESL Recruitment 2023 – 325 Aircraft Technician, Technician 2022
From the launch of the first aircraft in India to today, when Jumbo and Dreamliner rule the skies, Air India’s ground handling division has always existed, albeit under different names. What started out as a ground handling department at Air India Engineering became a division called Ground Services with the introduction of the B747 “Jumbo” aircraft.
In order to focus on core ground handling services, passenger, cargo and ramp operations were consolidated into subsidiary AI APS. With over forty years of experienced staff, sophisticated GSE and Air India’s over 75 years of experience in the aviation industry, Air India Airport Services strives to provide excellent airport ground handling services at all times.
AI APS was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of Air India Limited to provide manpower to various Air India departments including ground handling. Following the decision of the Council of Ministers, AI APS was launched on February 1, 2013, as a ground-handling company.
