Age Limit

Age Limit For Sub Inspector (Radio Operator/Crypto/Technical)	Below 30 years
candidate should not born before	22/05/1993
Age Limit For Sub Inspector (Civil)	Between  21 to 30 Years
candidate should not born before	22/05/1993 or after 21/05/2002
Age Limit For Asst. Sub Inspector (Technical/Draughtsman)	Between 18 to 25 years
candidate should not born before	22/05/1998 or after 21/05/2005

Physical Standard

Height:

• For Others : Male: 170 cms, Female: 157 cms
• All candidates belonging to Schedule tribes:  Male: 162.5 cms, Female: 154.0 cms
• Minimum height of the candidates falling the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir Valley, Leh & Laddakh
  region of J&K will be. .:Male: 165.0  cms, Female: 155.0 cms

Chest:

• For Others : Male: 80 cms, Minimum expansion: 5 Cms
• All candidates belonging to Schedule tribes: Male: 77-82 cms 
• Minimum height of the candidates falling the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir Valley, Leh & Laddakh

• Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards

Physical Efficiency Test: For SI (Radio Operator/ Crypto/Technical) & ASI (Technical/Draughtsman)

• Race: For Male: 1 .6 Kms race in 6 minutes 30 seconds 100 Mtrs. race in 16 seconds; For Female: 800 Mtrs. race in 04 minutes 100 Mtrs. race in 18 seconds.
• Long Jump: For Male: 3.65 Mtrs. in 3 chances; For Female: 9 feet in 03 chances 
• High Jump: For Male: 1.2 Mtrs; For Female:  in 3 chances 03 feet in 3 chances
• Shot Put 16 LBS/7.26Kgs: For Male:  4.5 Mtrs; For Female: in 03 chances
• For SI (Civil) (Male only): 
• Race: 1 .6 Kms race in 9 Minutes
