The upper age limit varies by grade – 37 years for Associate Engineer/Officer Grade II positions (Codes A, B, C), 41 years for Associate Engineer Grade III positions (Codes D, E, F), and 45 years for Associate Engineer Grade IV positions (Codes G, H, I).
