The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme in India is a year-long program that enables qualified young technicians to acquire the practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work. Apprentices are trained by company organizations. Trained managers with well-engineered training modules enable trainees to start their careers quickly and competently.
During their apprenticeship, apprentices receive an allowance, 50% of which is reimbursed to the employer by the Indian government. After completion of the training period, the trainees receive a certificate of achievement from the Indian government, which can be registered as valid work experience on all job exchanges in India.Apprentices are placed for training at central, state and private organizations that have excellent training opportunities.
