Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) is the power generation and distribution company of the Government of Punjab, India. It was previously known as the Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) and was split into two companies by the Punjab government on April 16, 2010: Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (POWERCOM) and Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd. (TRANSCO).

PSPCL was incorporated as a public company on April 16, 2010 and tasked with the operation and maintenance of the state distribution system and power generation projects.The power generation business of the former PSEB was transferred to PSPCL.
