For Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications:
UR/EWS Candidates: 30 years
OBC Candidates: 33 years
SC/ST Candidates: 35 years
PwBD Candidates: 40 years
Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST, up to 3 years for OBC, and up to 10 years for PwBD candidates
Age relaxation of 5 years for Ex-Servicemen subject to conditions
Age relaxation up to 5 years for Central Government employees (10 years for SC/ST and 8 years for OBC in reserved posts)
Maximum age limit for PwBD candidates shall not exceed 56 years
For Deputy Director (Examination Reforms):
OBC Candidates: 43 years
SC Candidates: 45 years
Age relaxation provisions as mentioned above are applicable
