The Haryana Civil Service Commission, commonly referred to as the HPSC, is a governmental agency and the highest constitutional body of the Haryana government responsible for administering civil service examinations and competitions to select suitable candidates for various departmental and civil service positions.

The establishment of HPSC occurred on November 1, 1966 when the state of Haryana was established after the independence of India.
